Community Impact Manager

Manage regional Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) risk and lead execution of community and economic development strategies within assigned assessment areas. Build and lead relationships with community partners, nonprofits, and internal stakeholders to remediate CRA performance gaps and support outstanding ratings. Represent the bank in the community, develop partnership opportunities, oversee budgets, and ensure programs benefit low- and moderate-income communities while following policies and compliance requirements.
