Job Summary

Oversee sensor-system repair contracts for sustainment services, ensuring assets are tracked, repaired, and returned to customers in line with contract requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, finance) to evaluate schedules and expenditures, prepare customer-facing reports, and support approvals. Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time, manage repair status and budgets, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and risk/opportunity management while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct asset repair and return activities as logistics oversight across teams.
•Track assets through the repair lifecycle and ensure accurate status reporting.
•Prepare correspondence and reports for internal and external asset transactions and approvals.
•Evaluate repair expenditures and schedules and obtain program or customer approval as needed.
•Implement continuous process improvements to reduce repair turnaround time and manage repair status and budgets, including EAC reviews.

Key Requirements

•A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years).
•Experience supporting logistics, depot repair facilities and related processes and/or manufacturing.
•Knowledge and application of logistics principles with experience in radar or sensor systems.
•Proficiency with logistics and sustainment-related tools/systems such as ALCS, PRISM, MSALT, eWAR, CMES, and comparable SAP and Citrix-based systems.
•Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
