Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the roadmap for issuer-focused FX and cross-border capabilities from concept through execution.
  • •Translate business objectives into prioritized product requirements, AI-generated prototypes, workflow models, user stories, process flows, and scalable solution designs.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions aligned to business objectives, client requirements, and technical capabilities.
  • •Develop transaction flow diagrams, system interaction models, wireframes, and solution prototypes; gather requirements and specify actionable technical requirements.
  • •Partner with technology, processing, operations, and architecture teams and lead client/design workshops and architecture discussions to ensure feasibility and successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of product management experience with payments, FX, multicurrency solutions, issuer processing, or cross-border payments.
  • •Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including issuer processing, FX mechanics, multicurrency solutions, and cross-border transaction flows.
  • •Experience designing and documenting complex solutions using BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and transaction flow documentation.
  • •Experience with payment processing platforms and lifecycle activities such as VIP, BASE II, authorization, clearing, settlement, and transaction lifecycle management.
  • •Experience partnering with Technology, Processing, Operations, and Architecture teams; willing to travel up to 20%.
