Job Summary

Own Zendesk’s pricing and packaging monetization strategy by investigating and evaluating pricing opportunities across the product portfolio. Use structured, data-driven problem solving to recommend long-term pricing models, enhance the existing lineup, and define strategies for new offerings. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Customer Success to influence senior leadership and operationalize recommendations, including supporting SKUs and launches.

•Develop and optimize long-term pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM, Finance, IT, and other teams.
•Use structured problem-solving frameworks to form hypotheses, analyze data, validate hypotheses, and make pricing recommendations.
•Identify opportunities to improve the existing product portfolio using market, competitive, customer, and stakeholder research.
•Identify new pricing models and assess their complexity and implications to the customer base and portfolio.
•Communicate pricing concepts to senior leadership and work cross-functionally to operationalize recommendations; assist Product Operations with launch prioritization and creating SKUs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant working experience.
•Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research to test pricing and packaging hypotheses and drive decision-making.
•Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
