Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the automation strategy and entire automation product lifecycle for processes and controls.
  • •Define the strategic roadmap and gather stakeholder requirements to instill an automation-first mindset for marketing launches.
  • •Oversee development and maintenance of re-imagined processes and controls.
  • •Lead and mentor a high-performing product-minded team of data analysts.
  • •Transform processes into an AI-first engine using AI-enabled discovery and accelerated experimentation to ship marketing faster with fewer errors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, information systems) or business/marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Have experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Demonstrate strong product mindset and a technology-driven approach to delivering outcomes.
  • •Ability to define strategic roadmaps and gather stakeholder requirements for automation and controls.
  • •Proven track record managing and mentoring high-achieving teams.
