Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
  • •Serve as a commercial business partner for the Central Sales & Marketing team and related functions, influencing and challenging leadership to maximize performance.
  • •Analyze and interpret SKU and account-level financial results to identify trends and activities and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • •Develop and deliver growth strategies through value propositions, penetration of existing accounts, and clear right-to-win focus for targeted accounts.
  • •Support and participate in bid preparation sessions and engage customers at a technical level across pre-RFP account strategy and targeting, coordinating cross-functionally to track investments and progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to independently operate across multiple geographies with frequent interaction across business units, departments, and regions.
