Job Summary

Advisory IT strategy and DX transformation consultant leading the design of IT strategies, AI/legacy modernization initiatives, and enterprise IT roadmaps. Work across executive stakeholders to define future-state architectures, select technologies, and establish delivery plans, while building long-term advisory partnerships and shaping service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategy formulation and IT/DX roadmap planning through executive discussions to extract business challenges and define mid- to long-term IT plans
•Develop current state (As-Is) and target state (To-Be) visions and drive enterprise-wide business process redesign (BPR) initiatives
•Continuously research and tailor IT products/services to client needs, proposing optimised solutions
•Facilitate consensus building with stakeholders on IT/DX strategies, prepare RFPs, and support vendor selection and PMO activities
•Contribute to branding and organizational impact by articulating the value of Red Hat technologies and delivering internal/external presentations and communications

Key Requirements

•10+ years of cross-domain consulting experience spanning business strategy to IT solutions
•CXO-level communication, proposal creation, contract win, and relationship management experience (10+ years)
•Experience assembling and delivering IT/DX projects with diverse, cross-functional teams
•Proven track record in enterprise AI strategy or legacy modernization strategy; deep understanding of Cloud Native and DevOps practices
•PMO project management experience and strong industry-domain knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, telecommunications, finance, government)
