Lead BitGo’s corporate and commercial transaction work from the London office, advising senior leaders on legal risks, deal structure, and strategic implications for partnerships and acquisitions. You’ll manage drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts, coordinate with finance, product, and operations to ensure smooth transaction delivery, oversee outside counsel, and monitor UK/EU regulatory developments impacting commercial operations.
