Manage turnkey construction projects in Québec, owning project administration, financial performance, schedules, documentation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Lead project administration, including adherence to contract penalty/liquidated damages terms, documentation, safety guidelines, and navigating governing agency requirements.
•Financially manage cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, cost at completion, expense monitoring, and collections support.
•Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, holding internal meetings, and identifying risks with mitigation plans.
•Oversee subcontractors: manage RFQ process, award subcontracts, coordinate execution, and support progress, meeting, billing, and safety expectations.
•Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 66,300 - 120,084.99

Key Requirements

•Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree, or 3-5 years of experience.
•Experience with project schedules / PM construction software.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
•Ability to validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and setting customer expectations.
•Experience financially managing projects including cash flow, forecasts, and monitoring expenses/collections support.
