Support the store leadership team to achieve sales goals through personalized customer engagement, coaching of associates, and day-to-day store operations. Model the brand voice, drive a consumer-centric environment, and provide feedback to maintain high performance. This role leads in the absence of a supervisor and collaborates with a diverse team to exceed performance targets.
