Job Summary

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all shifts. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service during all shifts.
•Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service standards; handle guest feedback and complaints.
•Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, HACCP, and brand SOPs.
•Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate FOH and BOH teams of 15+ staff; conduct briefings, performance reviews, and coaching to meet KPIs.
•Drive sales growth and manage P&L, COGS, controllable expenses, inventory, wastage, reporting, cash handling, POS reconciliation, and petty cash.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in UAE/GCC, preferably in casual or QSR dining.
•Strong leadership with experience recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating FOH and BOH teams.
•Ability to manage P&L, including COGS and controllable expenses, and drive sales growth.
•Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.
•Valid required food-safety certifications (HACCP Level 3, PIC certification, and Basic Food Hygiene), with fluent English.
