Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and delivering impactful service in person and via phone.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and lending products (e.g., checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
  • •Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed, and follow compliance/documentation requirements.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing new and current customer relationships and achieving sales goals/referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
