Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, balance cashier postings, and audit master bills
•Prepare and maintain daily reports, backups, and ensure system readiness for the following day
•Process property receipts and cash handling per accounting procedures, providing accurate change as needed
•Maintain professional guest interactions, resolve issues with empathy, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
•Adhere to hotel policies and promote the Choice brand values through teamwork and hospitality

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum of one-year hotel front desk experience or experience in a customer service environment
•Experience using Opera system preferred
•Proficient in math with ability to perform accurate calculations

•Must be available to work overnight and on holidays/weekends
