Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned projects to customer satisfaction in collaboration with the PMO team, including deployment, configuration, knowledge transfer, testing, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
  • •Assist on site throughout rollout, migration, or go-live phases to minimize risk and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform project risk analysis, report escalated issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • •Develop project documentation (e.g., HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan, architecture diagrams) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper storage.
  • •Own resolution of complex technical issues related to project delivery, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and drive technical scoping meetings and statements of work.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
  • •8+ years’ experience with network security products.
  • •Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing NGFW solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint).
  • •Extensive experience designing and deploying Web Proxy and Secure Web Gateways solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with SASE solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Prisma Access) and expertise in at least 3 security technologies such as ATP, endpoint/application security, WAF, SIEM, SD-WAN, and/or cloud-based technologies.
