Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and delivering impactful service in person and by phone.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide effective, customized recommendations to clients.
  • •Open and set up consumer and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort working with PCs and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and educating clients on digital platforms.
