Job Summary

Own CIS&SEE digital payment product development and implementation for partners including issuers, acquirers, PSPs, wallet providers, MNOs, fintechs, and money transfer operators. Serve as an SME for Visa Developer Platform (VDP) and post-payment solutions, combining solutioning, technology architecture, technical support, and client-facing relationship management. Drive commercialization, commercialization pipeline reporting, and mid-scale project delivery across multiple teams and time zones in a hybrid role based in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to day-to-day management of Visa digital products by working with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver improvements to product proposition and constructs.
•Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIS&SEE across Visa Developer Platform (VDP) and post-payment solutions, leading product management and program management activities.
•Drive commercialization of digital products in CIS&SEE by working with market teams and clients to identify leads, support pitches, maintain an opportunities pipeline, and report uptake and performance to senior management.
•Drive Digital VAS across CIS&SEE by delivering, managing, and supporting sales engagement for VAS services.
•Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of mid-scale projects; work with hub and global teams to develop or enhance solutions based on local client needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, banking/economics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in the payments industry, digital, or technology.
•Strong understanding of payments transaction processing and the authentication landscape for card-not-present environments.
•Domain knowledge and prior implementation experience in digital products and payment technology solutions across at least three areas: mobile payments, APIs, eCommerce, tokenization, P2P payments, contactless/EMV chip/NFC payments.
•Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including across management levels.
