Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex banking, credit, and treasury management client relationships and identify opportunities for investment management and fiduciary services.
  • •Act as a key contact to clients’ senior management to evaluate and implement financing strategies and treasury management practices.
  • •Communicate emerging issues, bank products/services, and legal/regulatory changes, translating impact on clients’ activities and banking services.
  • •Identify opportunities and develop an ongoing marketing strategy for specific clients.
  • •Respond to client inquiries, ensure resolution of service/operations issues, and document problem/resolution in eRM.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.

  • •Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, including the ability to develop new business.
