Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up activities
  • •Support trust, commitment, and collaboration within and between two teams and with other collaborating teams
  • •Establish clear structures for planning, prioritization, follow-up, and continuous improvement
  • •Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and support proactive resolution
  • •Coach teams in Agile principles and Scrum while fostering open communication and an inclusive team culture

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles, with SAFe experience as an advantage
  • •Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role
  • •Background in IT delivery; software development knowledge is a plus
  • •Experience leading global teams and people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • •Strong skills in capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery management
