Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safety and security for colleagues and guests and protect company assets across two properties, reporting to the Cluster General Manager and dotted-line to the Hotel Manager.
  • •Develop safe method work statements, enforce resort security policies, and manage associate movement/access controls.
  • •Oversee and conduct regular fire drills and develop/execute a fire drill and training program aligned to the onsite Incident Management System.
  • •Coordinate training for firefighting teams and general colleagues, ensuring ongoing fire prevention and control awareness.
  • •Ensure daily patrolling, CCTV oversight, fire system checks/inspections, maintenance schedules, and liaison with external security/local police for assistance.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead, motivate, and develop colleagues in the security function.
  • •Strong knowledge and trained use of all firefighting equipment.
  • •Conflict resolution and lateral thinking/problem-solving abilities.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and maintain strong radio communication.
  • •5 years in the same or similarly relevant role, plus a professional qualification and minimum Higher Secondary education.
