Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver workshops and onboarding enablement to achieve onboarding milestones.
  • •Support Area aligned customers with value realization by collaborating with Sales/Customer Success roles.
  • •Assess account health and telemetry risk signals, especially accounts with 6 months from renewal date, and develop technical action plans.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting and research to resolve sophisticated customer technical challenges.
  • •Collaborate with internal resources and customer-facing teams to manage needs and align risk focus with CS/SE management and decision-makers.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
  • •3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.

  • •3+ years in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
  • •Direct experience with Splunk product implementation of focus and Splunk Cloud.
