Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer patient and hospital staff inquiries and provide information to visitors and prospective customers.
  • •Answer phone calls politely using correct telephone etiquette and monitor assigned mobile calls.
  • •Assist patients upon admission and discharge, including escorting within the premises when needed.
  • •Collect and deliver lab samples as directed and maintain accurate scheduled-function knowledge for directing visitors.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, wheelchair availability, and a safe environment in compliance with hospital safety, infection, and security policies.

Key Requirements
