Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with Allianz strategy to exceed sales targets.
  • •Prospect new partners and identify growth opportunities within existing portfolios.
  • •Guide brokers through analysis, planning, and presentation of complex offer requests for business clients.
  • •Partner closely with Employee Benefits experts to ensure seamless service delivery and strong retention.
  • •Provide market intelligence to management, including feedback on product innovations and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years’ experience in Employee Benefits, preferably in a technical or commercial expert role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Belgian social and fiscal legislation (plus).
  • •Master’s degree (Law, Economics, or Actuarial) or equivalent experience.
  • •Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex information into persuasive commercial arguments.
  • •Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English for executive-level communication.
