Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver coaching sessions to help medium to large Autodesk customers adopt Takeoff, Estimate and other Construction workflows. Act as a technical trusted advisor, develop enablement content, and lead scalable live and group training to drive measurable business outcomes in construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
•Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
•Act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes.
•Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery.
•Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users with workflow-specific guidance and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 136,730 annually

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of Construction industry needs and workflows with 5–6 years of construction or related field experience.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Construction, or related engineering.
•Expert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, Building Connected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, ProEst in a production environment.
•Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, APIs, Forma Platform, and other Autodesk software is beneficial.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical details to live or virtual audiences.
