Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit and structure business requirements with domain experts and senior stakeholders.
  • •Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, constraints, and outcome-based acceptance criteria.
  • •Own and prioritise scope based on business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.
  • •Identify and resolve ambiguities, conflicts, and gaps in requirements early; align business, architects, and delivery teams.
  • •Enable AI-accelerated delivery by providing well-structured intent and review/validate delivery outputs from an intent perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in business analysis in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Experience in insurance domains, preferably Retail and/or Claims.
  • •Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-organization alignment.
  • •Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and solution design.
  • •Hands-on experience working with AZ Forge in delivery or rollout contexts.
