Job Summary

Lead Visa’s regional migration consulting capability in Asia Pacific, designing and delivering complex credit card migrations that are network-sound, customer-safe, and compliant. Manage workstreams and engagements, enhance migration playbooks and toolkits, and advise client teams through critical migration decisions. Support business development with RFPs and solution workshops, coordinate third-party delivery, and track KPIs to measure success across risk, authorization behavior, and servicing performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to evolving Visa’s credit card migration consulting proposition in Asia Pacific, including refining use cases and differentiators.
•Maintain and enhance migration playbooks and toolkits, including diagnostics, readiness assessments, wave/cutover templates, and customer impact/risk tools.
•Support business development by qualifying migration opportunities, designing solution workshops, and contributing to proposals and RFP responses.
•Lead defined workstreams or end-to-end delivery for engagements, including segmentation strategy, customer communication/experience design, product mapping, and operational readiness assessments.
•Define and track workstream KPIs, ensure compliance with Visa network rules and relevant regulations, and escalate risks as needed.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Delivered large-scale card issuing and issuer-processing migration programs, including platform transitions, portfolio migrations, and system integrations.
•Demonstrated experience leading or playing a core role in card or payment platform migrations, portfolio conversions, or similar change programs.
•Practical knowledge of issuer processing platforms and card management systems and how their features/constraints affect migration strategy.
•Ability to develop data-driven recommendations and business cases, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
