Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the measurement team to quantify MEP works such as pipes, ducts, cables, equipment, etc. using 2D/3D drawings.
  • •Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and 3D models; develop BOQs in line with project requirements and standards.
  • •Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets and tender documents; analyse project drawings and specifications to identify cost risks and opportunities.
  • •Review measurement outputs for accuracy and completeness; ensure consistency of data across multiple projects and teams; follow established processes and quality standards.
  • •Guide and mentor junior quantity surveyors and measurement staff; support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and a valid National Board license (active).
  • •Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with extensive experience in measurement, cost planning, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation and final account settlement.
