Key Responsibilities

•Lead the measurement team to quantify MEP works such as pipes, ducts, cables, equipment, etc. using 2D/3D drawings.
•Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and 3D models; develop BOQs in line with project requirements and standards.
•Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets and tender documents; analyse project drawings and specifications to identify cost risks and opportunities.
•Review measurement outputs for accuracy and completeness; ensure consistency of data across multiple projects and teams; follow established processes and quality standards.
•Guide and mentor junior quantity surveyors and measurement staff; support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and a valid National Board license (active).
•Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with extensive experience in measurement, cost planning, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation and final account settlement.
