Job Summary

Manage and execute complex field upgrades for ASML EUV products, enabling customer teams to unlock machine potential. Work safely at customer sites globally as an ASML ambassador, installing upgrade hardware, performing system setup, and bringing packages to spec. Troubleshoot installation issues with close coordination, apply zero-error repeat concepts, and conduct post-upgrade recovery and analysis while building your upgrade and general engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Work safely and follow customer/ASML safety rules during upgrade activities.
•Execute upgrade hardware installation and perform system setup for complex upgrade packages and difficult field swaps.
•Use zero error repeat concepts during upgrade preparations and executions, and perform post-upgrade recovery and analysis.
•Provide feedback to improve cycle time and performance.
•Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade hardware installation issues with coordination from a generalist and coordinator.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
•Experience in a customer support department for high tech products (photo-lithography, electro-mechanical, or ultra clean vacuum).
•Preferred: 2-3 years ASML EUV or NXT systems metrology experience.
•Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
•Troubleshoot and solve upgrade hardware installation problems in close cooperation with a generalist and coordinator.
