Job Summary

Build and scale proactive, data-driven regulatory risk programs for the Customer Experience Group, helping teams navigate complex legal, compliance, and policy environments across markets. Identify emerging regulatory risks, assess business impact, and design mitigation strategies while driving cross-functional execution with Legal, PR, Supply, and others. Own governance, risk controls, response playbooks, executive reporting, and continuous improvement for country-level risk management and regulator engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement controls, governance mechanisms, escalation thresholds, and response playbooks to reduce regulatory exposure.
•Build and operate a regulatory risk management framework to identify, assess, prioritize, and track regulatory risks across markets.
•Translate regulatory developments into business implications, risk scenarios, and recommended actions; incorporate enforcement outcomes into controls.
•Oversee delivery of the CEG risk framework (data-driven alerts) and manage government complaints intake/closure with timely investigations and documentation.
•Lead cross-functional remediation and regulatory response initiatives, create business impact assessments, and provide executive reporting using metrics and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years managing operational responsibilities, including program management and regulatory risk management with complex regulatory projects.
•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements using a data-driven approach.
•Experience building and leading cross-functional risk programs in fast-paced, high-growth, or highly regulated environments.
•Ability to independently manage diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, while working across matrixed organizations.
•Experience working across multiple countries or regions with differing legal and regulatory requirements.
