Key Responsibilities

•Assist certified/licensed personnel in clinical patient testing in accordance with the SOP
•Perform histological preparations for the tissue whole exome sequencing laboratory with little to no errors
•Prepare tissues, stained slides, macrodissection and supporting workflow tasks
•Set up equipment and assist with automated lab procedures, as applicable
•Maintain equipment and instruments in good operating condition and ensure GDP-compliant documentation

Salary: USD 27.19 - 33.98 hourly

•Minimum 2+ years related experience
•Associate's degree, or higher, in histotechnician or in chemical/biological sciences with histology experience; or equivalent training/degree as detailed in the qualifications

•Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills
•Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a BSL-2 environment with potential exposure to cold
