Job Summary

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the F135 repair value stream to improve fleet readiness. Drive and integrate repair program requirements, serving as Repair IPT Lead for information flow, escalation, and integration. Lead process improvement and Second Interval Expansion repair activities, support early ECU repair planning, and coordinate systems and processes across sustainment organizations to enable enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and integrate program requirements across the repair value stream.
•Serve as the Repair IPT Lead (IPTL) to ensure effective information flow, integration, and escalation.
•Lead process improvement initiatives across the Repair Value Stream.
•Lead Second Interval Expansion repair activities and prioritize work.
•Integrate systems and processes across ASE, Eagle Supply, engineering, logistics, operations, supply chain, and the sustainment organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
•12 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years of engineering experience.
•Strong systems engineering background with demonstrated technical acumen.
•Proven project management, communication, teamwork, and strategic leadership skills.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
