Job Summary

Lead end-to-end digital workplace service transitions, managing transition governance, knowledge transfer, service readiness, RAID/risk management, and offshore ramp-up for services such as Service Desk, EUC/Endpoint, Field Services, M365/Collaboration, Identity, and Asset/CMDB. Own transition planning, stakeholder coordination across time zones, tool/reporting alignment, and stabilization/handover to BAU. Support pre-sales transition solutioning for RFPs with transition plans, estimates, and strategy presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop comprehensive digital workplace transition plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria.
•Lead knowledge transfer sessions from clients/incumbent vendors and ensure documentation completeness for SOPs, runbooks, workflows, access guides, and known errors.
•Own transition governance cadence and RAID/risk management, including milestone adherence, escalation of deviations, and corrective action plans.
•Plan and manage resource and offshore ramp-up aligned with transition waves, including staffing, onboarding/training, and shadow-to-steady-state transition models.
•Oversee tools, reporting, and stabilization: validate monitoring/escalation paths, track transition effort vs plan, and lead hypercare and BAU handover with exit criteria and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing end-to-end service transitions and transition governance for IT workplace services.
•Strong knowledge of knowledge transfer planning and service readiness, including documentation completeness and entry/exit criteria reviews.
•Proven ability to run RAID/risk management, maintain transition governance cadence, and ensure SLA/OLA and contractual alignment.
•Capability to plan and coordinate offshore ramp-up, including staffing, onboarding/training, and measurable capability checkpoints.
•Familiarity with transition tooling and reporting, including ITSM workflows, dashboards, runbooks, monitoring, and escalation paths.
