Maintain and set up a production kitchen for Factor, a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery brand. Batch-cook recipes, prep ingredients (including brining and marinating), and use industrial equipment across multiple kitchen stations—receiving, cooking, assembly, and packing. Ensure first-batch quality matches the last, keep production on schedule, and follow federal/provincial health and safety standards while reporting to the Sous Chef and supporting Kitchen Operations.
