Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with process, equipment, and process integration teams to start up, develop, and optimize RAM detection to improve product yield, quality, and cost.
  • •Work closely with NAND and DRAM sites, HVM and TD, and suppliers to achieve Inline Visibility and Inline Control for detection enablement and improvement.
  • •Set up BKM (Best Known Method) for RAM detection performance and RAM detection cost.
  • •Manage RAM supplier engagement related to RAM detection.
  • •Ensure BKM alignment and deployment, enabling RAM standardization across sites.
