Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
•Develop and execute implementation plans for our Enterprise segment, coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align progress and share best practices.
•Navigate change management processes and help customers adapt to new systems and processes.
•Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to optimize value and outcomes for customers.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

•Implementation & Project Management: extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS org, remote-first, travel <10%
•Technical Proficiency: strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products with multi-step workflows and integrations
•Customer Centricity: deep understanding of customer needs, high engagement, and advocacy throughout the implementation
•Change Management: experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems
•Cross-functional Collaboration: ability to partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress
