Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
  • •Develop and execute implementation plans for our Enterprise segment, coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align progress and share best practices.
  • •Navigate change management processes and help customers adapt to new systems and processes.
  • •Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to optimize value and outcomes for customers.
