Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a professional and friendly welcome to visitors and colleagues.
  • •Control vehicle and pedestrian access by checking identification and passes accurately.
  • •Assist with security searches and emergency response when required.
  • •Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident reports.
  • •Deliver vehicle escort duties and traffic management services across the base, including airfield pass checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence training and UK Security Vetting (UKSV) clearance (or ability to obtain it).
  • •Obtain UKSV Security Clearance (SC) and complete required vetting/background checks for secure environments.
  • •Hold a full UK manual driving licence (maximum six points).
  • •Meet the colour perception requirement for an Airfield Driving Permit.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-focused mindset and reliability for 12-hour day and night shifts.
