Key Responsibilities

  • •Support corporate governance and entity administration, including registrations, director changes, trade license amendments, and maintaining corporate records.
  • •Draft, coordinate execution, and manage renewals of powers of attorney for company representatives across Middle East and Caspian jurisdictions.
  • •Prepare and review corporate/commercial documentation for guarantees, certificates of authorization, and tender/RFP submissions, coordinating approvals with stakeholders.
  • •Compile and provide corporate documents for client prequalification and liaise with government relations and business development teams.
  • •Assist regional counsel with disputes (commercial court cases, customs appeals, law enforcement matters, and employment disputes) and coordinate outside counsel, document collection, and case tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; legal diploma or paralegal qualification is a plus.
  • •5–7 years of experience as a corporate law attorney, legal coordinator, or paralegal in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industry (preferably multinational).
  • •Experience with corporate entity management, including entity/branch registrations, director changes, trade license processes, and consular legalization/notarizations.
  • •Working knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks across the Caspian region and MENA (per role description).
  • •Fluency in English is essential; Russian and/or Kazakh required for a Kazakhstan base, with Arabic a strong advantage.
