Serve as the point of contact for inbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service for banking consumers. •Support high volume inbound call servicing with strong customer focus.
•Upsell customers to new products or services when encouraged.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years and older.

•Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed.
•Must have flexible availability for any day/assigned shift (including weekends and public holidays) and be able to train and/or work onsite.
