Job Summary

Own and continuously run the company’s open source software (OSS) usage and governance program. Standardize governance frameworks and implement required tools, policies, and processes to meet ISO/IEC 5230 requirements. Build organization-wide OSS strategy, define usage/deployment workflows, manage SCA tooling and automation, analyze license compliance, and mitigate legal/quality risks through a compliance program, audits, and stakeholder/community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the OSS governance framework
•Set enterprise-wide OSS strategy and build development/operations management systems to meet ISO/IEC 5230 requirements
•Define OSS usage and deployment policies and workflow design
•Manage SCA tools, including operations and automation
•Manage governance policies/processes, compliance monitoring, OSS audits, and collaborate with external communities and legal/technical partners

Key Requirements

•Ability to use SCA tools
•Experience understanding package managers
•Experience automating workflows using scripting languages
•Understand cloud and DevOps environments, including integrating OSS scanning/verification tools in CI/CD pipelines
•Knowledge of open source software and software licensing
