Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship runnable technical artifacts every ~2 days, including demos, benchmarks, tutorials, integrations, or technical blog posts.
  • •Author and maintain a technical blog cadence (2–3 quality posts per month) and publish reproducible benchmarks with the Eval team.
  • •Build public demos and contribute to developer landing surfaces like the playground, docs, integration guides, and code samples.
  • •Own Inception’s developer-facing social presence end-to-end and participate proactively in developer communities, answering technical questions in real time.
  • •Represent Inception at conferences and partner on GTM technical work (compete pages, sales enablement materials, and developer feedback for docs/APIs/roadmaps).

Key Requirements

  • •PhD, prior DevRel at a leading AI/ML company, or equivalent production engineering experience.
  • •Deep technical background with substantial AI/ML work (published/shipped demos, open-source, or research papers) that developers cite.
  • •Ability to ship runnable code and write technical content grounded in working artifacts (demos over theory).
  • •A public voice with a credible personal audience or body of work in the technical AI community.
  • •Experience engaging in developer communities and understanding AI infrastructure (inference optimization, model architectures, benchmark methodology, autoregressive vs. non-autoregressive).
