Job Summary

Own the capability and compliance of Moove’s remote vehicle operator team by designing and delivering onboarding, certification, and recertification programmes. Train operators to monitor live AV deployments, handle remote assistance requests, escalate safety events correctly, and follow SOPs. Use audit findings, MisOp trends, and performance metrics to continuously improve training content, maintain scenario libraries, and ensure audit-ready certification records across rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design and delivery of training programmes for remote operators on platform navigation, vehicle monitoring, remote assistance protocols, disengagement response, escalation procedures, and SOP compliance.
•Develop onboarding programmes covering system tools, intervention rubrics, documentation standards, and safety protocols.
•Deliver scenario-based simulation training and maintain a library of training scenarios based on operational data and quality audit findings.
•Translate audit findings and MisOp trends into targeted training interventions; monitor completion rates, assessment scores, and post-training quality metrics.
•Maintain audit-ready training and certification records, ensure compliance with Moove AV/partner/UAE regulatory qualification standards, and flag performance or compliance concerns promptly.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience in remote operations, AV operations, or a 24/7 control centre environment.
•Prior experience in a training, coaching, or quality assurance role strongly preferred.
•Deep familiarity with remote assistance platforms, intervention protocols, and data logging tools.
•Strong understanding of AV system behaviour and remote operator best practices.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
