Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly using data from hundreds of makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain accurate electronic documentation daily.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures in the shop and at customer locations; handle required repairs.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle).
