Senior Servicing Compliance Manager – Residential Mortgage Portfolio

Develop, lead, and oversee the residential mortgage servicing regulatory compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal/state servicing regulations and internal governance standards. Provide strategic direction and risk oversight to deliver strong audit outcomes, reduce regulatory exposure, and improve customer experience. Partner with external Servicing QC vendors and sub-servicers, manage testing plans, review findings, maintain controls and risk appetite, and build compliance policies, procedures, and reporting to leadership.
