Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for the account, building deep, long-term relationships with key buyers and category leads.
  • •Lead annual Joint Business Planning and quarterly business planning to track performance against KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • •Design and implement tailored promotional calendars aligned to channel strategies and strategic growth areas.
  • •Own launch execution for new products by coordinating ranging, pricing, display, and staff training plans for Day 1 success.
  • •Analyze weekly sell-out data and market trends to provide proactive recommendations to the Head of Sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of the retail market within Australia and preferably vendor/supplier management experience.

  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
