Controls Project Manager

Lead controls projects for HVAC/BAS work, owning financial performance, administration, implementation, and stakeholder management. Serve as the point of contact, maintain customer satisfaction through corrective action and status communications, and mitigate risk by reviewing contracts and managing change orders. Coordinate technicians and subcontractors, oversee RFQs and execution, develop and maintain schedules, and support collections and monthly backlog reviews to drive project success.
