Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions.
  • •Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify patterns, predict failures, and reduce alert fatigue.
  • •Implement event correlation and anomaly detection, and integrate AI tools with ITSM/ServiceNow ITOM.
  • •Build dashboards and operational analytics to improve system availability and performance using AI insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments.
  • •Proficiency with AIOps platforms for automating IT operations.
  • •Advanced Python scripting skills for automation and data processing.
  • •Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic).
