Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the Class 8 fleet.

  • •Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
  • •Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.
  • •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
  • •Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
  • •Two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (reimbursement provided); T-series ASE is valued.
  • •Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
