You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues with diagnostic tools and software, handle aftertreatment (DEF/emissions) system work, and maintain accurate records. No major engine overhauls or roadside calls under manufacturer warranty, with clear pathways for growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the Class 8 fleet.
•Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
•Address aftertreatment system issues (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
•Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
•Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.

•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•Two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (reimbursement provided); T-series ASE is valued.
•Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
