Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process loop performance and structural optimization for assigned modules including CAP, BBE, Uniformity, or emerging loops.
  • •Analyze process interactions and integration impacts across multiple process areas to improve yield, quality, reliability, and manufacturing capability.
  • •Lead root cause investigations using inline, electrical, defect, and physical analysis data to eliminate key yield detractors.
  • •Establish baseline performance and continuously improve process capability through characterization, optimization, and conversion activities.
  • •Define loop health indicators, monitoring plans, and scorecards; develop and deploy BKMs, business processes, and technical standards across manufacturing sites.
