General Foreman

Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Coordinate subcontractors and workers, monitor and control approved drawings and shop documentation, and drive quality outcomes by minimizing rework. Supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement to keep costs and schedules on track. Enforce safety procedures, support HSE initiatives, and ensure all supervised workers comply with safety requirements during work hours.
