Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, or Data Science) or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
•2 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience in the relevant industry (e.g., P&C, Bank, Finance), or an advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field.
•Intermediate knowledge of mathematical and statistical techniques for fact-based decision-making.
•Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools and visualization, and ability to develop queries/procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, or similar software.
•Successful completion of a real-world analytical project (on-the-job, case study, or hackathon).
