Job Summary

Senior Data Engineer to ensure stable, SLA- and governance-compliant operation of central data products for device usage data on Azure. You’ll own production operations, incident handling, reproducible deployments, and integration of new device generations, while working hands-on with Databricks, PySpark, Azure DevOps, Unity Catalog and the Atlassian suite to ensure reliability, data quality, monitoring, and documentation.

•Maintain production operations for central data products to ensure SLA and governance compliance.

•Ensure reproducible deployments and controlled changes across data pipelines.
•Integrate new device generations without compromising stability and governance.
•Own reliability, data quality, monitoring, and documentation across data platforms.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on production experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Azure DevOps or similar technologies.
•4+ years of experience operating SLA-driven data pipelines, including incident handling and root cause analysis.
•4+ years of experience with Unity Catalog, access governance, and data quality controls.
•4+ years of experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and operational stability measures.
